Why It's Happening Again?!

It's been two weeks already since i got this ache at my wrist(the right hand), darn it, i cannot hold the mouse(for pc not the animal...)for a long time, and it's really slowing down my work...oh no. I think maybe because of the excessive used o fpc from morning(at work...) until night time(at home...) and this thing is killing me...

And what's more important is i think like my habit of fall asleep during worktime(my university years...) is started to emerge again...alamak, siut je...this week i being very sleepy almost every time even after drinking nescafe..(tipula nescafe nie...)Cane nie, got plenty of work and most of the time waste just to fight the sleepy head...aiseh, mati akal xtau nak buat ape...buat keje pun jadi slow nie, projek bersepah2 nak kene siapkan shop drawing...Alamak, alamak, alamak..Hopefully it will go away..fuh, fuh...amin...
